New Build & Renovation
This project was a real pleasure for our team, as the property holds personal significance for Simon and his mother, who originally renovated it from two cottages many years ago. It was especially rewarding to be invited back by the new homeowners to carry out the next stage of its transformation.
The brief was to extend the existing narrow galley kitchen and replace the conservatory with a beautifully crafted stone and oak garden room. Designed to maximise views up the garden, the new space provides a light-filled, inviting area that seamlessly connects the home with its surroundings.
Working closely with our oak specialist, the design evolved throughout the build, with both the client and Simon identifying opportunities to refine and enhance the space. This collaborative approach allowed for the inclusion of a number of bespoke and quirky features, adding character and making the finished extension truly unique.
