Renovation & Extension
The project involved transforming an underused tandem garage and a large, dark patio area into a bright, functional living space. The client’s vision was to create a spacious extension featuring a roof lantern to maximise natural light and enhance the connection to the outdoor area.
By linking the rear of the garage to the existing kitchen, we were able to form a generous, family-friendly kitchen diner. This new layout not only improves the flow of the home but also provides direct access to a dedicated home office, created within the renovated rear section of the garage.
